Life is hectic and most of us forget what can make us and our loved ones feel fulfilled.
Here some top tips to practice regularly:
- Show you care: Tell your partner, children, friends that you appreciate them and what it is that you like about them.
- Show your interest: Actively listen and respond in a non-blaming way.
- Show your understanding: Accept differences (values, emotions, interests)
- Show your affection: Give the ones you love a hug
