Too many people feel stuck, unseen or lonely in their own home. I believe that when we feel safe enough to speak honestly and be heard, relationships can transform. My work is to help you find clarity, courage and connection again.
You're in safe hands. I hold an MA in Relationship Therapy, I am an accredited Relate Practitioner, a member of the BACP Register and an Accredited Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS), and I am fully insured. Level 5 in compulsive sexual disorder behaviours (CSBD)
Professional training and ethics are how I honour the trust you place in me. I see couples, families and individuals from my private practice in Oxshott, Surrey, or online for UK-based and international clients.
Starting counselling may feel uncomfortable and for most people making the first appointment is the most daunting part. Counselling lets you talk about how you feel, away from home life or work. It can help you reflect on your choices and take decisions that feel right for you. Ultimately to be able to enjoy your life again.
My goal is that you leave each session with clarity and renewed hope

Many people come to me feeling stuck, alone, anxious, misunderstood or unloved. Some worry they, or their partner, may have a pornography or sex addition behavioural problem. Online sessions can be a simple, private way to start making changes.
Individual therapy helps you understand your options and make the decisions that will help you feel fulfilled again.
Couples often arrive feeling angry after a betrayal, sad after losing a loved one, worn down by a partner's destructive behaviours, afraid to trust again, or resentful about ageing together. Couple therapy can repair a relationship when both partners are willing to change, or to accept each other as they are. It can also bring a clearer understanding of why a relationship cannot continue.
Families may come to therapy to blend together, to navigate a separation amicably while minimising the impact on the children, or to share family secrets in a safe place. Family counselling gives everyone a fair and equal voice, builds empathy, and helps you agree practical next steps.

You'll leave each session with at least one practical step and more emotional clarity.
Research and my experience show online therapy can be as effective as meeting in person. The work is most powerful when you focus on what you can change - yourself - rather than trying to change others.
With commitment, you'll start to think, act and connect in more fulfilling ways, moving forward with greater confidence and self-compassion.

Counselling requires focus and commitment. We will agree a plan that suits your goals. Short term (min 6 sessions) or open-ended therapy. Online appointments are flexible and easy access from the comfort of your own home. Consistence and regularity makes progress smoother.

Why compulsive sexual behaviour happens - and how it changes:
Compulsive patterns are often a way of coping with stress, shame or difficult emotions rather than a lack of willpower.
With the right support, these patterns can be understood and changed.
