Repair trust and feel safe again in your relationship

Why I do this

Too many people feel stuck, unseen or lonely in their own home. When we feel safe enough to speak honestly and be heard, relationships can change.

My work is to help you find clarity, courage and connection again..

I'll confirm your time within 24 hours. Secure video sessions, or in person in Oxshott

Is this for you?

My clients often feel stuck, alone, anxious, misunderstood or unloved. Online sessions can be a simple, private way to begin making change.

Individuals

Understand your options and make the decisions that help you feel fulfilled again.

Couples

You may feel angry after betrayal, scared to trust again, or worn down by living with destructive behaviour. Couple therapy can repair a relationship when both partners accept the need to change. It can also bring clarity about why a relationship can't carry on.

Families

Learn to blend together, navigate a separation while protecting the children, or share difficult truths in a safe place. Family therapy gives everyone a fair and equal voice, and ends with practical next steps.

Does it work?

Q: Does online therapy work?

Therapy works when you accept you can only change yourself. Research and my own experience show online therapy can be as effective as in-person work — what matters most is your commitment to the process.

Q: How many sessions will I need?

We'll agree a plan that suits your goals: short-term from six sessions, or open-ended. Online appointments make it easier to attend consistently, and consistency is what makes progress smoother.

Q: How do sessions work?

  1. Request a free 15-minute call.
  2. Choose online or in person in Oxshott.
  3. Begin weekly sessions — a secure video link is sent before each one.
  4. Review progress together every four to six sessions.

You'll leave each session with at least one practical step and more emotional clarity.

With commitment, you'll start to think, act and connect in more fulfilling ways, moving forward with greater confidence and self-compassion.
